This project involved the design and build of a number of façade treatments to this multi-building, multi-storey development. Malden Facades Division’s scope of works included:

• Aluminium rainscreen louvre systems
• Cedar cladding
• Livit glass cladding
• Cedar louvre complete with galvanised framing, along with all associated aluminium flashings, fascia’s and copping’s

Our involvement included close liaison with the fenestration contractor and our sister company MRF who carried out the STO insulated render package.

This project had a very successful completion and we have now been awarded the next phase on the same site.

This project involved the design and build of a number of façade finishes to this multi-building, multi-storey development. Malden Facades Division’s scope of works included:

• Petrach cladding Cedar cladding along with all associated aluminium flashings, fascia’s and copping’s
• Malden were also tasked by the client with the installation of all GRC window surrounds to the whole site as part of our contract.

All of the above was completed alongside our sister company MRF, who carried out the weber render insulated system and the fenestration contractor, to complete the whole exterior envelope. As a result of our very successful completion of the project we have been awarded further contracts by the same client.

Contract value: £1,194,000 (including internals)

This was a project involving the installation of the complete through wall construction to a high-rise development on a very confined central London site. The façade included various external finishes to the SFS framework including corium brick slips, marmorit render, trespa panels and associated aluminium flashings, fascia’s and copping’s.

This was the first external envelope project for Malden Group and its success has been the foundation to move forward onto other substantial envelope projects with our team.
