Malden Facades Ltd, originally a division of Malden Drywall is a company specialising in the façade sector offering a design service right through to the steel frame of a building.

Clayton Down, Director of design, operates from our Chesterfield offices, with a team of designers and draughtsman offering an experienced, professional service to our client base with the ability to design all types of structure ensuring a façade installed matching the architects original vision to include value engineering and ensuring both architect and client are on time, on budget and importantly, proud of their new structure.

Alan Reeves, Facades Operations manager, has been working within the Malden team for 17 years, thus bringing to Malden Facade the Russell family method of operating and ensuring clients hit their crucial time scales and enjoy a quality end product, which is a trademark of the Malden Group.

Together with Clayton and Alan, Mark and Stephen Russell have a very much “hands on” approach and are easily accessible and are in constant communication with their client base.
